COS Caucus members are a special group of past or present state legislators who have been identified as champions for an Article V Convention of the States to propose constitutional amendments that impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and set term limits for federal officials and members of Congress.

Our goal is to create a nationwide network of Convention of States legislative champions who promote COS by educating and assisting colleagues with strategies, advising grassroots volunteers as needed, and encouraging reluctant colleagues in sister states.
